Small states issue

The burning issue of Telangana has meant damage for Brand Hyderabad created over the years by its erstwhile leaders,while no one disagrees that smaller states are more effective when it comes to governance atleast by logic,wish the solution to the problem was looked into from a economic perspective rather than a political one.
We need economical solutions and not political solutions,what matters is who is more able as a person to govern rather than where he comes from.
